Vedant was enjoying his public speaking and spoken English classes, but there were situations that tested our patience.
One day, there was an OTP login issue just before class time. Another time, the class link didn’t open due to a technical glitch. As a working parent balancing schedules, these delays were stressful. When a child is mentally ready for class and a technical issue interrupts, it affects their rhythm.
There was also a teacher rescheduling and change that worried us. Vedant had become comfortable with one instructor, and suddenly we were informed about a switch. As parents, we naturally wondered whether he would adjust again and whether the learning progress would slow.

Raising a Complaint as a Parent
I reached out to PlanetSpark customer support regarding these issues. I won’t say everything was solved immediately. Sometimes, parents do have to wait patiently because complaint resolution in any online education platform involves coordination between support teams, scheduling departments, and the technical team.
At moments, I did feel the response process was slower than expected. But the key difference was that the concerns were not ignored.
How the Support Team Responded
I interacted with Ayushi Gupta and later Prashansa Ma’am from the support team. Their approach was calm and respectful. They listened carefully instead of giving generic replies.
They explained:
• The reason behind the OTP issue
• That the technical team would check backend problems
• Why the teacher change was necessary
• How they would ensure continuity in Vedant’s learning
After escalation to the PlanetSpark technical team, the login issue did not repeat. The new teacher had been briefed about Vedant’s learning level, so he did not feel like he was starting from the beginning again.
What Parents Should Realistically Expect
If someone expects zero complaints in online learning, that is difficult with any platform. Technology, scheduling, and a child’s comfort level all require adjustment.
Yes, complaints may take time.
Yes, follow-ups can be necessary.
But in our case, the issues were eventually addressed with proper communication.
What Continued to Matter
Even with these interruptions, we noticed Vedant’s improvement in spoken English, communication skills, and confidence. He now participates more openly in conversations and school activities, which was not common earlier.
